Lindsay Garrett joined Sanford in August 2023. As Human Resource Manager, she is dedicated to supporting employees, strengthening the organization’s culture, and ensuring team members feel valued, supported, and equipped to succeed. She is passionate about people, service, and creating a workplace where individuals can thrive while the organization continues to grow and excel.
A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Lindsay brings a strong background in client care, customer relations, and people-focused service across both business and medical environments. This experience supports her practical, solutions-focused approach to HR leadership.
In her role, she works closely with all departments to align HR practices with Sanford’s mission of delivering exceptional service to clients while also ensuring the needs of employees are met with care and consistency.
