Josh has been working in the insurance industry since 2020 and has developed experience across customer service, insurance sales, and agency operations.
Josh began his insurance career at a local independent agency in Stockbridge, Georgia, where he worked as a Customer Service Representative for three years. During that time, he built a strong foundation in client service, policy management, and helping customers navigate their insurance needs.
While attending Gordon State College, Josh had the opportunity to complete a summer internship with Auto-Owners Insurance in Duluth, Georgia. The experience provided valuable insight into the carrier side of the insurance industry and broadened his understanding of how insurance operations function beyond the agency level.
Josh graduated Cum Laude from Gordon State College with a degree in Business Management and Administration in 2025. During his final semester, he continued building his professional experience by working as an insurance agent at an independent agency in Covington, Georgia, where he focused on helping clients find coverage solutions that best fit their individual needs.
