Jay is an experienced insurance professional with over 25 years of progressive experience in sales, training, claims adjusting, and management. Began his career at GEICO in 1994 as a sales representative before advancing to sales supervisor and national sales trainer roles. Transitioned into claims in 2014, handling complex litigated and injury claims at both GEICO and Grange Insurance. Since 2017, he served in leadership roles, including Claims Manager at Southern Trust, where he managed a team of adjusters handling injury, property, and litigation claims. In July 2025, he joined Sanford, bringing a broad base of expertise and a proven track record in both sales and claims operations.
