Alan Clark is a graduate of Georgia Tech. He had a successful career in engineering and manufacturing, including designing and manufacturing aircraft ground support equipment, battery- and hybrid-powered vehicles, flooring manufacturing equipment and involvement in DARPA projects. Projects included battery-electric trams and battery-powered shuttle buses for the 1996 Olympic Village, battery-electric trams for Cape Cod National Seashore and battery-electric and hybrid-electric transit buses.
Alan started his second career in insurance in 2019. While licensed in Life, Health, Property and Casualty, Alan’s focus is property and casualty, both commercial and personal lines. His experience from the consumer side of professional insurance needs, and his engineering background, prepared him well to understand commercial and personal insurance risks and the appropriate coverages and limits.
Alan is a native Daltonian and works with both companies and individuals in the northwest Georgia and southeast Tennessee areas.
